SOC Continu was founded by security professionals who know what it feels like when an incident is only discovered the next morning. We don't want that for anyone anymore.

Why we do this

A problem everyone knows,
but no one solved

Over years of experience in security operations and IT management, we kept seeing the same pattern: organizations invest seriously in their security infrastructure. They have a SIEM, capable analysts and clear procedures. But the moment the workday ends, coverage falls away.

Security alerts sat waiting until the next morning. Incidents that began at 11 PM were only picked up at 8:30 AM. The analysts — already working hard during the day — were also given night shifts and weekend shifts on top. The result: burnout, mistakes and a growing risk to the organization.

SOC Continu was founded by a small group of security professionals with business development and security operations as their core expertise. They have spent years working at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship and organizational strategy.

Throughout their careers they worked at and for organizations where security questions — from internal monitoring to incident response — were part of daily business. Time and again they saw the same problem: coverage stopped the moment the office doors closed.

What characterizes our founders is their conviction that human collaboration must lead the way — including in security. It is not the tool that determines quality, but the analyst who understands what they see and knows how to escalate. That insight is the foundation of SOC Continu.

Behind SOC Continu is a team of certified security analysts with demonstrable experience in 16/7 monitoring, triage and incident handling. They are trained to work within the client's procedures and playbooks — not around them.

Our team is organized so that there is always a well-rested, sharp analyst on duty. Not an overworked employee doing their sixth night shift in a row — but a professional who knows exactly what they are doing and why.

  • Certified in the relevant security disciplines (CompTIA Security+, SC-200, GIAC)
  • Experience with a range of SIEM platforms and EDR tooling
  • Trained in escalation procedures and crisis communication
  • Bound by strict confidentiality and a code of conduct
  • Regularly assessed on knowledge and performance

We select our analysts carefully. Not everyone qualifies — we look for people who are not only technically strong, but who also have the calm and judgment to make the right call at 3 AM.
